Processing Policies – Orders will be processed as soon as they are received in our system and are shipped via UPS next day air. See below shipping schedule.

We ship Monday through Thursday, as follows:
Monday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 3 p.m. on Tuesday
Tuesday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 3 p.m. on Wednesday
Wednesday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 3 p.m. on Thursday
Thursday (orders before 10:00 a.m. EDT) will be delivered by 3 p.m. on Friday

* Orders placed after 10:00 am will be processed on the next business day
Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure the shipping address you provide us is correct. We cannot guarantee deliveries to incorrect addresses. UPS charges us a $10 Address Correction Fee for incorrect recipient addresses. We reserve the right to pass this cost on to you, so please be sure to provide us accurate address information when placing an order. Major holidays and weather conditions may change delivery availability. Order early to place a holiday order. At this time, we do not offer international shipping of our crab cakes to ensure the freshness and quality.

Box Hill guarantees all our crab cakes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion for a 100% refund.*

*Within 36 hours of receipt, re-pack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you.Then return package via UPS to the address below:
